Experienced Concrete Finisher – Commercial Construction

Location: Rapid City, SD
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience and proven skills)
Schedule: Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Perform commercial concrete work (formwork, concrete placement and finishing, etc.) with precision
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Represent SECO’s values on every job site

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of concrete or construction experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites or SECO’s office
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
