Work with us as we transform our operations using AI automation. You will design workflows, optimize processes, and help build our AI‑powered operating system. This is a hands‑on technical role perfect for someone who loves solving problems and making things work better. You will work directly with the CTO to implement automation solutions – no people management, just pure problem‑solving and process improvement.

Process Design & Optimization

• Map current workflows (creative, marketing, PR) and identify improvement opportunities
• Design automated processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
• Create clear documentation and process diagrams
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize

AI Implementation

• Build and test prompts for content generation, research, and analysis
• Configure automation tools (training provided on specific platforms)
• Set up integrations between tools and systems
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability

Quality & Metrics

• Define success criteria for each automated workflow
• Track performance metrics (speed, quality, cost‑effectiveness)
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Provide technical training and support to teams

Required Experience

• 1‑3 years in operations, marketing ops, or process improvement
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) LLMs and prompt writing
• Solid understanding of APIs and data flow
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
