• Weekend coverage: Friday 5pm - Monday 8am
• 1 - 5 nursery patients and 2 - 5 pediatric floor patients per day
• Inpatient unit with Level I and Level II nursery care
• Coverage includes rounds, ED consults, and nursery emergencies
• Less than 2 outpatient calls per night
• High-risk delivery attendance and circumcisions required
• Vacation and holiday coverage needed
• Potential for ongoing monthly weekend coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
