Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Salary: $95,000Signing Bonus: $5,000 Salary Increases: Year 2 $110,000 | Year 3 - $115,000 | Year 4 - $125,000
Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Assesses, establishes, and implements appropriate store staffing levels with input from direct reports.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

• Develops rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the growth and job performance of direct reports.- Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Ability to facilitate group involvement when conducting meetings.
