This role is onsite in Memphis. Remote is not allowed. We cannot sponsor at this time. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead medium to large-scale projects or programs across multiple teams or business units
• Utilize Agile or PMI methodologies to manage project plans, status updates, and issue resolution
• Mentor peers on project governance and business analysis best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Create and execute test plans and ensure quality outcomes
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Work alongside technical architects to incorporate long-term system strategies
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes
• Maintain high ethical standards and contribute positively to team culture
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience supporting complex initiatives
• Prior experience in project management or software/application development

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile principles and frameworks
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
• PMI-ACP or PMP certification is a plus
