We're seeking a highly skilled Ironclad Implementation Consultant to lead a ground-up deployment of Ironclad's latest platform version, including its AI capabilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own the implementation from strategy through execution.
Responsibilities- Workflow Optimization: Review and enhance existing workflows and recommend scalable, AI-ready configurations.
- Playbook Development: Collaborate with legal to build and structure a clause playbook that powers Ironclad's AI clause detection and fallback logic.
- AI Enablement: Configure and validate Ironclad's AI features for third-party paper review and clause matching.
- Repository Migration: Lead the migration of contracts and templates from SharePoint into Ironclad, including metadata tagging and folder structuring.
- Governance & Best Practices: Establish naming conventions, version control, and user roles. Create documentation and training materials for internal teams.
- Proven experience implementing Ironclad, including the latest version with AI capabilities.
- Strong background in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and workflow design.
- Experience building and operationalizing legal clause playbooks.
- Ability to work independently and “in the weeds” — from configuration to stakeholder training.
- Familiarity with contract metadata, repository structuring, and naming conventions.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations.
- Legal operations or legal tech consulting background.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, or other CLM-adjacent tools.
