Job Summary: Responsible for daily gathering (picking) of needed inventory supplies for each individual operating room case, approximately 120 per day. Transports and distributes completed case metro carts to the Surgical Services, locations within Inpatient, Outpatient and Pediatric sites.

How You'll Impact Patient Care:
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Collects all unused inventory supplies for each individual case each day, approximately 10 items per case.
- Works daily to returns nearly 750 items back to their assigned bin locations to ensure product availability to our clinical staff.
- Responsible for replenishing depleted supplies in all 40 Surgical Services operating rooms located within the Inpatient, Outpatient and Pediatric Sites.
- Provides assistance when necessary to order, receive and distribute equipment and supplies utilized in Surgical Services. Assists in monitoring and maintaining inventory used throughout Surgical Services.
- Communicates with appropriate parties to obtain and distribute these supplies.
- Assist Operating Room Supervisor with monitoring EPIC operating room schedule to ensure that all schedule case pick lists have been printed, gathered and delivered in a timely manner.
- Ensures the highest possible level of service to Surgical Services clinical staff's needs.
- Ensure materials and supplies are properly placed in designated location for distribution.
- Ensures the replenishment of depleted stock in all 40 operating rooms located in IPSC, Peds, OPSC. 10.
- Ensures all work areas are clean and orderly.
