Graphic Artist III

What You'll Do:

• Create original screen-printed designs, signage, promotional items (ASI), and speculative artwork for a wide array of clients
• Manage your personal art production schedule to meet deadlines without sacrificing creativity or quality
• Serve as a mentor and resource for less-experienced artists, helping to grow the next generation of talent
• Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance Art Department standard operating procedures
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of design trends and pushing creative boundaries
• Deliver responsive, professional support to both internal teams and external customers

✨ What You Bring:

• Associate's degree in Art/Design or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years of success in a professional creative environment
• Strong proficiency in screen printing (preferred but not required)
• Advanced skills in Mac OS, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Mastery of composition, typography, color theory, and vector design
• A professional, team-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
