Duties Include:- Coordinating schedules and arranging appointments
- Planning and coordinating customer and employee events
- Ordering and organizing office supplies
- Consistently maintain a professional demeanor.
- Any other tasks deemed by managements
- Must have working knowledge of computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organizational and filing skills
- Communication skills, including the ability to speak with customers and vendors fluently
