Employees in Legacy's Support Center work to create a good customer service experience addressing customer needs over the phone along with assisting customers and bank staff with online banking applications, as well as supplying debit card information. This position requires extensive knowledge of our online banking platform, ACH transactions, wire transfers, the mobile app, Bill Pay, and debit card products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process eBank ACH & bill pay files
- Process eBank ACH rejects/NOCs
- Process wire transfers
- Process Reg E Check Card Disputes
- Maintain Overdraft Protection Maintenance & Reports
- Maintain the eBank & mobile message board
- Maintain Bill Pay enrollments/updates
- Review eBanking enrollments and account add-on requests
- Review and originate ACH origination requests
- Review various reports and maintain accounts within those reports
- Perform maintenance on & answer questions regarding debit cards
- Assist customers with their banking needs
Job requirements:
- 6 month of cash handling experience is preferred, unless pursuing a post high school degree program

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Position will require person to be stationary for periods of time in an office working at a desk.
- Person will need to be able to move about inside an office to access files, office machinery, etc.
