Workforce Scheduling Job Summary The Workplace Services Technologies Analyst Associate provides second level support for end users providing incident resolution by restoring services or escalating to appropriate resource(s) while ensuring accuracy of related incident logs. Incumbent leads support staff with incorporation, installation, training, support and coordination of new and ongoing projects along with support for existing applications and other emerging technologies. Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 24 semester hours in computer, analytical, or data-processing related studies. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum one (1) year of IT experience (acquisition, technology support, infrastructure design, and/or audio/visual, etc.) required.

Knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and/or software.
