Payables Clerk

Team Worldwide Corporate Office in Winnsboro, TX is looking to add an entry level Payables Clerk to the Payables Department.

The Payables Clerk is responsible for effectively and efficiently processing vendor payments and maintaining payment count at a sufficient level.

Who You Are

As a Payables Clerk, you will bring the following qualifications:

• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Accuracy in data entry items
• Efficiency in switching between multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments, timely and accurately.
• Provide follow up correspondence and resolution on pending payable items.
• Ensure that vendor payment count is maintained at a sufficient level.
• File applicable reports and invoices in appropriate locations.
• Learn airport codes for all US branch offices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
