Do you dream of working outside, meeting awesome people, and spending your summer on the river?
We're looking for new river guide trainees—no experience required!
This is your chance to break into the outdoor industry and become a professional river guide. We provide free training and certification, and we'll teach you everything you need to know. By the end of our “Hiring Trip,” you'll be fully certified to guide commercial rafting trips anywhere in Colorado—and beyond.
What We're Looking For:
- A love for the outdoors and adventure
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and ready for long, active days
- Confident communicator with solid people skills
- Coachable, responsible, and team-minded
- Must be available April 30th-May 16th for our training and certification trip
What We Provide:
- FREE guide certification (normally costs hundreds)
- On-river training with experienced professionals
- Leadership, safety, and customer service instruction
- Use of company gear (PFDs, helmets, etc.)
- Free camping during the training period
- A job offer for the 2025 rafting season if you're the right fit
Work Details:
- Seasonal position (late May through mid-September)
- Long but rewarding days—early departures, late returns
- Pay is per trip plus tips—drivers earn more
- Must get First Aid/CPR certified before working with clients
- We run gear boats (you row using oars—not paddle guiding)
