Concierge Services Coordinator
What this job involves: The Concierge Services Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for elevating the workplace experience through exceptional service, support, and hospitality. This position serves as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and productive environment that aligns with the organization's goals and culture.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all employees and visitors.
- Builds meaningful lasting relationships with client employees and guests for intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns to exceed client expectations

- Visibly engaged and well known in the workplace
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure a well-maintained, efficient, and health-conscious workspace.
- Manage reception duties, including phone calls, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Respond promptly and effectively to employee and visitor requests, delivering high-quality service.
- Offer first-level support for AV and technology needs, both on-site and virtually.
- Collaborate with various departments (IT, facilities, catering, etc.) to ensure seamless experiences.
- Assists with third party vendor relationships and service partners to provide maximum service delivery
- Partners with soft services providers to establish and continually reinforce the expectation of service excellence to create value for the client (food services, cleaning, etc.)
- Document and act on feedback to continuously improve workplace experiences.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the workspace and soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies and regulations, and performance metrics to provide flawless execution and stable service delivery for the client (GEMBA walks and health checks) .
- Develop expertise in local amenities, attractions, and events to assist with inquiries.
- Proactively anticipate needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Support event planning, reporting, and performance metrics analysis.
- Implement and monitor service standards to consistently exceed expectations.
- Coordinate workplace events and wellness initiatives.
- Adhere to and implement workplace Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client-specific workplace standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operations.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This Role Is Paid Hourly
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Additional certifications or training in customer service or hospitality
- Experience in a corporate or professional environment
- Familiarity with workplace operations and support services
- Multilingual abilities beyond English (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
- Experience with event planning or coordination
- Knowledge of local area and attractions
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of previous customer service/success and hospitality experience
- A people-oriented individual who thrives on creating exceptional experiences
- Flexibility and a positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (fluency in English is required)
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities while ensuring elevated guest experiences and accuracy
- Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
