We are looking for a competent Bookkeeper to help with overflow of monthly clients. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, consistent, and able to work on their own. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Bill payments
• Update cash flow
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Filing
• Banking and Post Office runs

Skills

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in another relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
