The Office Administrator will be responsible for working with our team to ensure that all administrative duties are handled efficiently and that the office space is well-maintained. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is capable of ensuring that the office is in a state of general organization and cleanliness. The candidate needs to be comfortable with working on the phone with clients, and maintaining a professional work conversation with clients. We are looking for a candidate that has experience with working on the computer such as (Service Auto Pilot IS A MUST, word, sheets, excel, gmail, and other computer programs).
