OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthstic Customer Service Representative to join as a contractor (temporary to permanent). The ideal individual will have a passion for providing exceptional client services and possess strong communication skills. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
• Assist customers in resolving issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Process transactions and handle cash with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using office computer systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer feedback to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team
• Tire or automotive industry experience (preferable, not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
