Customer Success Specialist - Trinity Exteriors | Full-Time | Competitive Pay & Benefits

Are you a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills? Trinity Exteriors, a leading exterior restoration company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team!

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling:✅ Incoming phone calls and scheduling✅ Website inquiries and submissions✅ Customer email/text correspondence

✅Lead follow up

Your goal will be to provide top-tier customer service, ensuring a smooth experience for homeowners looking for home exterior solutions. You will offer friendly, professional service and guide the customer through the scheduling process. Your role is essential in maintaining a positive customer experience by managing appointments, answering questions, and providing general office support.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role (preferred)✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
