We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable with knowledge of Desktop a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record Keeping & Data Entry:
• Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software ( for Desktop)
• Ensure all accounts are up to date and any discrepancies are identified and resolved.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process and track invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Follow up with clients and vendors for overdue accounts or missing documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliation reports for all accounts.
• Communicate effectively with company owner..
• Bank Reconciliation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.53 - $22.88 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Work Location: In person
