Summary
This is remote working position. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pure Air North Carolina. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their concerns related to mold and water issues. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our mission of creating healthier homes.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via tex, phone, and email.
- Assist customers in understanding our mold remediation and water mitigation services.
- Schedule appointments for inspections and service calls based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Quiet and dedicated working environment in your home.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity and comfort with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
