Patient Concierge (Full-Time)

We are an independent hearing healthcare practice. We've been providing audiology services in North Carolina for over 20 years. We absolutely love what we do! The Position:

We're seeking an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized. We're looking for a people person who enjoys learning, communicates effectively, and wants to grow within our practice.

The Patient Concierge is the first point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients
• Answering the phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Electronic recordkeeping
• Administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience working in an audiology/healthcare office helpful
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to travel between Raleigh and Durham office locations
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Extensive, hands-on training provided to set you up for success. Travel for multi-day training events required 1-2 times per year.
