Position Overview:

CityLink is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing administrative support, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients and volunteers alike.
In this role, you will work closely with the Volunteer Manager and programming team to oversee the execution of client engagement at our Welcome Center. You will also provide key administrative support that ensures CityLink operates efficiently and effectively. With a focus on volunteer coordination, hospitality, and operational excellence, your efforts will directly contribute to delivering a professional and compassionate experience to our clients. The Operations Support Coordinator directly supports CityLink's vision and mission through supporting and providing an excellent first touch with clients which reflects God's love.

Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality & Client Engagement:
- Oversee and continually enhance the Welcome Center experience, ensuring an inviting and professional environment for all visitors.
- Develop materials and standardized processes to improve service delivery at the Welcome Center.
- Equip and support lead volunteers to take ownership of key areas in service execution.
- Monitor class attendance, update rosters, and support client recruitment efforts for partner organizations.
- Execute and oversee client reminder calls to enhance attendance and engagement.
- Assist in direct client engagement at the Welcome Center, offering a warm and supportive first point of contact.
- Manage Better Impact scheduling, identifying coverage gaps and coordinating volunteer assignments to meet program needs.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain and update client accounts using the organization's client management system.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies at the Welcome Center to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the coordination of volunteer recognition programs and special events.
- Communicate program deadlines and operational changes to the broader team to maintain alignment.
- Support CityLink's IT infrastructure, including systems like Salesforce and Better Impact, ensuring accurate tracking of attendance and operational data.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance the overall effectiveness of CityLink's mission.

- Background in volunteer management or nonprofit operations preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other web-based applications.
- Experience with Salesforce and Better Impact is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to track and analyze data for operational improvements.
Capabilities:
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations or the public.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing needs and adjust work hours accordingly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time position, Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events, meetings, and trainings.
- Salary: $38,000 annually.
