OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to assist with the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in managing an extremely dynamic aviation company. This role is crucial in ensuring that the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively supports our team and clients.
Duties
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage dynamic scheduling of multiple aircraft and pilots.
- Manage client data and reports.
- Utilize basic Quickbooks functions and invoice clients.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy access to information.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field is essential.
- Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration and support.
- Proficiency in calendar management techniques to optimize scheduling.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
