Carolina Rehab Center of Burke in Connelly Springs, North Carolina is seeking a Business Office/Discharge Planning Assistant. Carolina Rehab of Burke provides a high volume of short-term nursing and rehabilitation services. We are seeking a candidate that can provide discharge planning as well as comprehensive medically related social services to our patients. Responsibilities include MDS, Care Plans, Assessments and timely documentation operating within the framework for the company's standards for best practice in accordance with all state and federal regulations. This position is a support assistant for Business office manager as well as the discharge planner.
