Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping patients navigate their financial options? Our multi-doctor orthodontic practice is looking for a Financial Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

About Us:

We are a family-run orthodontic practice led by a father and his two sons, dedicated to creating beautiful smiles while providing top-tier patient care. Our practice is expanding, and we need a skilled professional to manage financial arrangements with clarity and compassion.

What You'll Do:

-Assist patients with financial plans, insurance verification, and billing inquiries-Process payments and manage account balances-Collaborate with our Treatment Coordinators to ensure seamless patient experiences-Handle insurance claims, appeals, and follow-ups-Maintain accurate financial records and reports

What We're Looking For:

-Experience in financial coordination, billing, or medical/orthodontic office administration-Strong understanding of insurance processes and payment plans-Exceptional communication and customer service skills-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment-Proficiency with dental/medical office software (preferred but not required)

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
