Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. These may include handling incoming customer calls related to placing supply orders, placing service calls, and addressing account payments and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve customer requests and issues efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

· Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP software (experience with EAutomate is a plus).

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
