Job description

We are seeking a full-time Level 3 technician. This job is open to U.S. residents only, but is fully remote. Hours are PERMANENT M-F 12PM to 9PM Pacific Time. The selected candidate will be strong in all common network and server technologies, backed by at least 4 years of experience. The selected candidate will have good communications skills and be able to effectively navigate time-sensitive issues.

The selected candidate will have extensive experience working in Office365, including Entra, InTune, AutoPilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint online, and Security & Compliance. In addition, a working knowledge of traditional AD and Networking infrastructure is required.

This position is primarily unsupervised, so the ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage his or her time and respond to requests in a prioritized manner on their own or with other team members. A college degree is a plus, but practical experience and know-how are a greater concern. The ability to prioritize tasks and identify critical issues quickly is necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of of experience with Windows systems in a domain or AzureAD environment.Minimum of 4 years' experience Administering Office365Preferred at least 2 years' experience in Managed Services.
