Position: Part-Time, Remote
Hours: 15-20 per week, hourly
Location: Remote, must be based in Michigan (occasional in-state travel required)
Treeline Associates is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Association Management Assistant to join our team. This part-time, remote position is ideal for someone with association management, event planning, and administrative experience who thrives in a virtual environment and can work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Support: Assist with event planning, registration management, assembling event materials, and onsite logistics.
- Membership & Sponsorship: Support membership management, sponsorship details, and engagement initiatives.
- Marketing & Communication: Assist volunteers with website updates and communications.
- Administrative Support: Attend board and committee meetings, take and distribute minutes, handle scheduling, and perform clerical duties.
- Technology & CRM Management: Utilize various software platforms for event management, communication, and data tracking.
- Webinar Support: Creation and management of monthly webinars, utilizing zoom and Member Clicks CR.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Technology Proficiency: Comfortable learning new software; experience with Cvent, Connect Space, and various platforms preferred.
✔ Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Event Management Experience: Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing events, both in-person and virtual.
✔ Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
✔ Collaboration & Initiative: Work effectively with volunteers, board members, and committees while being self-motivated and proactive.
✔ Microsoft Office Expertise: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
✔ Travel Requirement: Must be available to travel within Michigan (1-2 days every other month) for events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
