Job OverviewAt District Laser, we believe that every client deserves an exceptional, personalized experience from the moment they step through our doors. We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Liaison/Concierge to join our team. This position is responsible for creating seamless, welcoming, and unforgettable experiences for our clients during their wait time, check-in, and check-out process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client care, have a strong understanding of our service offerings, and be committed to ensuring that every client feels valued and well-cared-for.
Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to ensure every client feels relaxed, valued, and pampered throughout their visit, leaving a lasting impression.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, aestheticians, and other team members to ensure seamless operations and foster a positive, efficient work environment.
- Client Check-in & Check-out: Warmly welcome clients, efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, confirm appointment details, and assist with any necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth visit.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally, acting as the key liaison between clients and staff to resolve any issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Appointment Confirmation & Follow-Up: Proactively confirm appointments via phone or email and follow up post-treatment to ensure client satisfaction, provide aftercare guidance, and request feedback or reviews.
- Appointments & Scheduling: Manage appointments, reschedule when needed, and handle cancellations using our scheduling system to optimize client flow and minimize wait times.
- Treatment Package Introduction: Clearly and enthstically introduce our services and packages, guiding clients through our offerings to ensure they choose the best options for their needs.
- Sales Support: Recommend products and services that align with clients' needs, preferences, and treatments received, helping to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the front desk and waiting area are consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles, (med spa, wellness, or luxury service environment is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and building client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage scheduling and client flow.
