Job description
POSH Travel is seeking a dedicated office support person to assist in daily operations. We are a busy office of 12 (?) experienced Travel Advisors serving travelers from around the country, while working both remotely and physically in the office. Our Administrative Assistant will work under the supervision of the in-office Travel Advisors and the Agency Owner.
The position is flexible days and hours...approximately 15-20 hours per week during Monday - Thursday. Office is closed on Fridays.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming calls and email accounts
- Input & update client data into Customer Relationship Manager database,
- Prepare client invoices
- Assist with preparing weekly reports
- Light housekeeping, filing, maintenance of supplies and organizational duties

- Possess an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, supervisors and co-workers both verbally and in writing
- Ability to take direction from advisors and responsibly respond when unclear on tasks or duties.
Customer-service:
- Respond to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients, over the phone and in person
- Process Invoices in a timely manner
Previous Experience:
Office experience and client interactions would be a strong asset.
