Position: Customer Service Agent (Cruise Ship Terminal)

Hawaiis premier meetings, conventions, events planning, and cruise services company is looking for part-time Customer Service Agents to work at Honolulus cruise ship terminal. If you are Customer Service oriented and looking to work 1-3 days per week, this is the job for you.
Primary job duties and qualifications for this position include but not limited to:
- Greet arriving cruise ship guests and complete their check-in process
- Friendly, courteous, and approachable
- Provide quality customer service and communicate with in a friendly, professional, clear, concise, and engaging way
- Available to work Saturdays
- Able to work with computers and other electronic devices
- Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
Job location:
- Honolulu Harbor (Pier 2)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 19 per week
Shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
