Our company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the team. The right candidate will run the reception desk, answer calls, greet patients, manage schedules and complete other clerical duties as assigned. Work behind the scenes with insurance companies verifying benefits. Position requires knowledge of copiers, fax machines, and computers.

Miniumum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly Reliable
• Must pass a background check upon hiring

Prefered Qualifications:

• Associates degree in communications, marketing, business, psychology, or pre-med or equivalent experience in related field
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Coachable spirit, ability to supervise and collaborate with staff
• Good forward-thinking skills
