Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various departments will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face to face ensuring a positive interaction.
• Provide information about products and services, assisting clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with sales and client services teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills while handling customer inquiries and complaints.

• Support multilingual customers by communicating effectively in English and other languages as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience customer service environment is preferred.
