Monday Thru Friday hours 9AM to 6PM 40 hours per week. (1 Lunch out of clock)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Executive Logistics assistant to join our dynamic team. working directly with CEO of company. prioritizing request as needed by CEO.
between some main tasks will be
- Handle communications for company leaders, especially emails
- Write and respond to emails
- Manage the executives inbox
- Take phone calls and pass on relevant messages to corresponding team members.
- Assist in sales quotation requests
- Classify products with HTS code book
- Customer service assistance
- Assist in Marketing and sales projects
- Participate in ideas and structure for company growth.
- Assist New Clients set up account with Company.
- Assist with company reports in performance.
- Prioritize work according to its urgency
- Engaging with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions for their logistics needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dispatching process and timely delivery of shipments
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and supporting colleagues
Skills
- Familiarity with logistics sales concepts, including 3PL (Third Party Logistics) is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Be team Player.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
