Description: This is a -level position in the Analyst series for our Customer Experience team who will work with a dedicated client. The successful canate will primarily be working in an office and archive environment working directly with internal and external customers for the purpose of researching and servicing important records and information. This can be a fun and challenging job for the right person who is thorough in their work, enjoys solving problems in a team environment, and can handle several projects and requests at once while staying positive.

  • Person is accountable for the collection, recording, and recovery of business information.
  • Person will process large quantities of data using spreadsheets, graphs, data tables, calculations, produce results and quality check business information.
  • Person will build Excel spreadsheet dashboards, and templates that basic and intermediate users can use, or clients can review.
  • Person will integrate with client driven teams to assist with project support either in a technical or support capacity.
  • Person will be required to record and manage all work performed for a client and share with the client in a defined area of their business services.
  • Person will be responsible formunication and training within client groups using documentation either proed from the client or created by way of job knowledge.

Key Duties:

  • Assignments may include but are not limited to: servicing customer requests, customer account management, electronic and physical records searches and research,plaint resolution, client visit coordination, internal records and archive administration, new business development
  • Complete work within established goals/metrics
  • Complete work following all applicable Abraxas or client written processes
  • Communicate any deviations to process requirements and other questions/issues promptly
  • Responsibly and safely use and maintain assigned equipment
  • Promptlyplete all assigned training
  • Required to have extensive training with client’s Records Management System (RMS)
  • Search for records across multiple authoritative systems, and physical storage locations following Abraxas established processes, including records search bypound for licensing projects
  • When physical records areentified that are not maintained in the United States, Abraxas will work with the other global client preferred partners operating under separate Master Service Agreements and Service Level Agreements to have the physical records located, pulled and scanned as needed in support of requests by the client group. Abraxas will utilize their internal ticket system with metric tracking and follow-up tomunicate with the third-party proers, and through remediation, ensure all such requests arepleted. The primary focus is to facilitate timely access to client’s information assets
  • Utilizing client RMS record metadata imports and metadata updates
  • Responsible for production of meaningful reports for various projects, including quality check checklist for record ingests
  • Utilize Standard Operating Procedures and supporting documents to perform documented quality reviews of their own work
  • Notifies client of any discrepancies as soon as feasible and documents any discrepancies in accordance to Good Lab Practices requirements
  • Is available for urgent (including Food and Drug Administration (FDA) investigator request or query and audit request) business requests
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office/360
  • Assist with the administration of drug safety research and development controlled documents
  • Assist with the administration of the drug safety research and development Master Schedule
  • Assist with wet tissue destruction projects, including preparing the documentation needed topare what is in client RMS with the actual box contents
  • Assist project manager of ingests, including preparing transfer plans, uploading metadata into client RMS, checking in shipments utilizing proper documentation, performing quality checks of shipments
  • Remediate ingests when it is found that the metadata proed by the vendor does not match the actual records ingested
  • Assist with thepilation of records for divestitures and reversions, including the preparation of the transfer plan and chain of custody documentation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check
  • Drug screening
  • Typically requires at least three years of customer serviceexperience
  • At least three years of Good Lab Practices experience demonstrated in a laboratory or research setting
  • Ability to consistently be at work on-time and to maintain a regular schedule

Preferred Skills:

  • Two or four-year degree
  • Customer service, warehousing or records management experience
  • ˙ Five years of Good Lab Practices experience demonstrated in a laboratory or research setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Work Environment: Ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. The performance of this position requires exposure to warehouse areas which requires closed toe shoes and under certain conditions may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, or other protective equipment as directed.
