Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting visitors with information
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently
• Keep track of appointment calendars and communicate any changes
• Maintain a communication log for reference
• Effectively manage multiple tasks, such as handling phone calls while assisting visitors and coordinating appointments
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience of work as Front Liner/Receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
